Your child’s treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
Affordable Financing Options
Don’t let finances stand in your way of achieving the beautiful, healthy smile you deserve! We are pleased to offer in-house financing, and we accept third-party financing through CareCredit. These flexible payment options allow you to pay for your treatment over a period of time so you can focus on what matters most – keeping your smile healthy!
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service.
We accept all insurance plans except Apple Health/Molina. We are a preferred provider for MetLife, WDS, Delta Dental, United Concordia, Regence, GEHA, Premera and Cigna insurance plans. We are also a preferred provider for military insurances.
As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday: 8am – 12pm (Administrative only hours) or 8am – 5pm (Clinic hours by special arrangement)
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8am – 5pm
Limited Friday: 8am – 1pm by special arrangement
Appointments are an important part of your treatment, and this time has been reserved specifically for you. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out New Patient paperwork at your child’s first visit to our office if you have not already done so in advance. Please arrive on time for your subsequent appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.
